Housekeeper

Duties & Responsibliites

• Perform cleaning tasks of assigned residences and commercial accounts to include, but not limited to; windows, mirrors, shelves, BBQ’s and patios. Adheres to PRS standard of cleanliness and exceptional service.

• Perform cleaning tasks of assigned residences and commercial accounts to include, but not limited to; making beds, laundry, vacuuming, cleaning floors, dusting and emptying garbage

• Detail oriented pertaining to each residence and commercial account

• Prioritize work-load according to work order and/or homeowner specifications

• Replenish amenities for commercial accounts as requested

• Prioritize work according to work order and/or homeowner specifications

• Notify supervisor of any homeowner issues/repairs needed in a timely manner

• Notify supervisor of any homeowner complaints or compliments

• Inspect all work to ensure properly cleaned

• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor, Manager or General Manager

• Ensures all client homes and commercial offices are secured and armed as directed according to company policies and procedures

• Responsible for safety and security of all client keys

• Respect clients and fellow co-workers property at all times

• Maintains an accurate payroll time card that reconciles to all work orders

• Properly completes all work orders according to company policy

• Maintains assigned company vehicle and tools properly

• Responsible for following company cell phone policy

• Responsible for turning in updated car insurance, registration and driver’s license in a timely manner

• Responds to and immediately reports any safety hazards pertaining to a company vehicle, residence or commercial building.

• Must follow all country club and gated communities rules and regulations

• Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures per company policy and immediately report any incidents to supervisor and/or Safety Director
