When your property is vacant… Whether it’s for a week, month or year, we take care of your home in between tenants. Our usual comprehensive review includes weekly inspections of the inside and outside of the house to make certain everything remains in proper working order. In case of emergency, a member of senior management is available 24/7 to deal with any issues.

Before a tenant arrives… We can prepare your property for the arrival of new tenants. This includes a thorough house cleaning, window and patio cleaning, and a comprehensive check of all major appliances and household systems. This can include from the inspection and routine maintenance of large appliances and utilities, down to adjusting the clocks for daylight savings time!

When a tenant leaves… We can also close your house after a tenant’s departure. This includes a total security audit and a review of all appliances and household systems to maximize conservation and reduce energy costs.
