Personal Shopping
To help you maximize and enjoy your
personal time, we offer our personal
shopping services to obtain groceries,
supplies and gifts that you specify.
Just tell us what you need and we'll
take care of the rest.
Pre-Arrival Grocery Shopping
Upon request, we will arrange to
have a small assortment of groceries,
beverages, and fresh foods waiting for
you. Just give us the list and we'll
handle the rest.
Bill Paying Services
Many part-time resident homeowners
find it helpful to set up an individual
account and let us make their payments
for property taxes, club dues, HOA fees,
landscaping and utilities, etc. Detailed,
confidential records are kept for each
client.
Limo Services
Whether you need one or more limos
or town cars for you or your guests,
we will arrange all of the details to
insure your complete satisfaction.
Airport/Local Transportation
If you need to be picked up or dropped
off at a local airport or any other destination,
simply place a call and we will arrange
it.
Guest Services
For gate access and to help your guests
enjoy their visit, we would, at your
request, call and introduce ourselves,
offer to schedule a brief introductory
meeting and arrange to make our services
available to your guests during their
stay.
Laundry/Dry Cleaning
We offer convenient pick-up and delivery
for professional cleaning of
your clothing, linens and drapes.
Floral Services
We can arrange for fresh flowers
to be sent to you or your loved ones
almost anywhere in the world. We can
also set up home or office floral delivery
on a regular schedule.
Interior Plant Care/Aquarium
To maintain the proper condition of your valuable plants
and aquarium, we will arrange for experts to provide
these services to insure your complete satisfaction.
Mail/Package Services
At your direction, we will pick up,
receive, forward or arrange shipping
of your mail and packages.

your in-home computer and printer, we

and insure its success, we can arrange
for local caterers and provide the
entertainment, bartenders, valets
and wait staff.
Furniture/Equipment Rental
With a simple phone call, we can
provide cribs, beds, bicycles, hospitality
tents and just about anything else you

Babysitting
With appropriate lead time, our concierge
can schedule qualified baby and child
sitters to meet your needs.
Pet Sitting/Care
When you need help with your pet,
we can arrange their feeding, watering
and walking. We can also recommend
a qualified veterinarian.
