How We Operate
Premier Residential Services operates in two basic ways. For a monthly fee, full-service clients enjoy our basic services and benefits, including access to our other special services at a discounted rate. Other clients can order services on an a la carte basis from our regular rate schedule. Both types of clients contact our office, present their request, and our staff does the rest. Upon completion of the project, we’ll follow up by phone to ensure our clients’ complete satisfaction. Clients receive detailed monthly statements, identifying all services performed and itemizing all charges.

Accordingly, we select and hire our staff with exacting standards, including full background checks, continuously and extensively train them to improve their performance, fully insure them, and rigorously evaluate them to ensure complete satisfaction.
Our History
Premier Residential Services is built around one simple philosophy: Vacations are for relaxation and enjoyment. That has been our guiding force for over 50 years of satisfying our clients’ needs.
Today, Premier Residential Services aims to maximize homeowners’ leisure time by fulfilling their housekeeping and window cleaning, concierge, maintenance, and other needs. We also provide an additional level of security through the critical service of home watch property inspections during times when the homeowner is not in the residence and the home is not occupied. We provide a wide range of personal and property services to over 1,000 discerning and diversified clients, ranging from full- and part-time homeowners to members of the entertainment industry, professional athletes, corporate executives, and well-recognized political figures. Over the years, we’ve expanded our client base to include professional services for commercial and branded properties, as well as final clean-up on newly constructed buildings.
